I'm not sure if fixing the dupe exploit was a good thing; Obviously it unbalances the game, but there were so many ways to lose a good weapon glitch, disappear after thrown, etc.

The durability system makes the game un-fun for me. At level 33 being forced to use hat racks and old pipes for weapons is stupid.

When the patch landed, I just removed it from Steam. I am baffled as to how you ended up in such a situation after the first few hours in the game. Are there any mods that remove or tone down the durability aspect? I haven't played much yet, but I noticed that weapons seem to degrade very quickly.

Also do mods trigger a VAC ban?
