Freenas 7 software raid setup

For some reason when I setup my software raid it just sits at initializing forever and I cannot mount to it.

No matter how many times i click the apply button it just stays initializing. I found these errors in the log but have no idea what they mean. Is there a problem with one of the drive's health?
