This is the first time I have used Witham Timber but would certainly use them again. I would certainly recommend. An excellent product. The wood is of a high quality and was delivery promptly by a very friendly driver and his wife. Delivery Driver Service amazing with the driver going the extra yard to get a happy customer. Timber quality very good but as a previous comment said the timber is wet and I have had the wood separate now it is drying out which will mean I need to remove and refit.

Suggest leaving in room or garage for a week to settle which I believe you should always do anyway. If I could suggest an improvement it would be that you get an acknowledgement of order and notification that they will contact you when ready for delivery. Currently you receive a call when they plan to make delivery. In this age we have become aware of instant reports and this would improve the status to 5 stars. Thank you for the review Don.
