Use blackberry wifi

I tried caslling simple mobile and been holding for more than hour with no result. How can I setup my for internet and email ect. I m from Bangladesh. I'm from Sri Lanka nd i'm using bb Can u help how? Pls help me. Idk why they charge for internet access.
