Apparently Samsung phones work better with your software than your own. I ve managed to exchange files using Windows XP software for bluetooth so everything is ok with the phone and my bluetooth dongle. I had whole bunch of problems while connecting my old phone with this so called "software" with a cable and I have got problems with connecting a brand new phone with it.

Now to help you and go through it step by step again I got rid of all the settings on my phone and deleted the PC Suite. After I reinstalled it it kept finding my phone straigh away!
